Tom leads the System Transition Enablers sector, bringing expertise from finance, industry and academia to bear on energy systems problems.
At E4tech, an ERM Group Company, he has led studies into the role that hydrogen and fuel cells can play in future decarbonisation pathways, and projects relating to the power and energy sectors, from tariff reform to power grid innovation. Specialised in fuel cell and hydrogen economics, Tom has worked in academia internationally, the power sector with Alstom and in banking.
