After studying International Business Administration at Maastricht University (1994-1999), Marjon worked for KMPG Consulting and Avery Dennison in Supply Chain & Operations in The Netherlands and Spain (2000-2009). Afterwards, she spent 8 years working on Operations and Project Management in Africa working for UNICEF, International Procurement Agency and her own advisory Equate (2009-2017). Since then, she has been working freelance on Energy Transition with a focus on speeding up the transition to Zero Emission Shipping, first for Future Proof Shipping (2018-2021) and most recently with Darel Consultancy. She has co-created the Condor concept and consortium and is currently leading the project.
