Rachel Crouch is a project finance attorney at the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. She represents project sponsors and developers, commercial banks, multilateral and bilateral development finance institutions, private equity funds and institutional investors in debt financing and equity transactions for energy and infrastructure projects. Rachel has advised clients in a number of first-of-their-kind renewables and LNG project financings throughout the United States and Latin America. She has broad experience across the renewables, oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
