Dr Marco Scholz is the General Project Manager of Uniper’s flagship project H2Maasvlakte, where Uniper intends to install a large-scale green hydrogen plant in the Port of Rotterdam. Marco joined Uniper in January 2021 and oversees the asset development of green and blue hydrogen projects. Prior to that, he was Head of Process Group for Hydrogen and Syngas at ThyssenKrupp Uhde. He holds a PhD (Dr.-Ing.) in chemical process engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
