THA promotes understanding of hydrogen opportunities and advocates for policies that accelerate hydrogen adoption across Texas. Its mission is to strengthen the State’s position as the energy capital of the world by advancing hydrogen production, transport, storage, refuelling, low-carbon hydrogen, grid resilience, energy storage, waste-to-hydrogen and hydrogen hubs. Bringing together industry leaders, THA engages policymakers, regulators and the public through education, advocacy and collaboration. While primarily focused on Texas, the Alliance also contributes to relevant federal initiatives and supports partnerships that drive innovation, investment and economic growth.
