IMPORTANT: Displays should NOT be dismantled or merchandise removed before the official closing of the Expo at 5.00 pm on Friday, 4 September 2026. *If you have a custom stand display, please advise your stand builder that access to dismantle stands will not be available before the loading dock opens. This will be approximately 45 minutes to an hour after the expo closes.

Asia-Pacific Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition is a trade-only event, with free admission to all trade industry personnel. All visitors are required to register prior to entry by either pre-registering or registering onsite.
Industry/Trade Visitors
Visitor badges must be worn at all times. Your customers can pre-register at https://www.world-hydrogen-summit.com/asia-pacific/en-gb.html. Registration will go live in TBC.
To apply for exhibitor badges, please go to Task 2 on the Tasklist.
Everyone working on your stand requires an exhibitor badge during move-in, show days, and move-out, and they must be visible to gain access to the exhibition. Please ensure Task 3 is completed by the due date to order your staff badges for your stand. Your badge will be available for collection from the Customer Service Desk during Move-In.

ACC offers two undercover car parking options with our North Terrace and Riverbank car parks. The Riverbank car park is accessible from Morphett Street / Festival Drive.
Both car parks are located directly under the Centre and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each is fitted with video surveillance camera systems and security patrols both areas.
