*If you have a custom stand display, please advise them that access to dismantle stands will not be before the loading dock opens. This will be approximately 45 minutes to an hour after the expo closes.

Admission / Exhibitor ID

Asia Pacific Hydrogen is a trade-only event and is therefore not open to the general public. Business identification is required.

Appropriate trade identification includes the following:

- A signed letter from your manager on company letterhead stating your employment
- A personalised business card (appointment cards do not qualify)
- Certificate/ Diploma of a course you have completed (Industry relevant)
- Business registration documents plus ABN number or business certificate
- Pay Slip
- Invoice from a supplier, including your salon name
- Company cheque book/ credit card

If this is the first time you are attending the expo, you will then need to provide a copy of your trade identification documentation with your name and salon name clearly outlined.

If you have attended the expo before, you should already be on our system, so you should not be required to provide a trade ID. However, we recommend you bring your business card with you as a precaution,n if for some reason, you are not appearing on the system.

Exhibitor badges are provided to improve the identification to trade visitors. All exhibitors and staff must wear a badge during the show weekend to access the exhibition halls. Please submit all names of staff, guest artists and models only, who will be working on your stand.

HOW TO FILL IN TASK 2
Everyone working on your stand will require an exhibitor badge each event day. All names must be provided pre-event. Please make sure to complete the Exhibitor Badge task by 18th June 2025.

Exhibitor badges must be visible to gain access to the exhibition during show days by exhibitors.

Your exhibitor badge will be available for collection from the Customer Service desk during move-in.

Please note that exhibitor badges will not be mailed to you in the post prior to the event.

Venue & Surrounds

Move-in days: Tuesday 18th - Wednesday 19th November

Exhibitor parking at the ICC can be validated for $25 at the venue customer service desk, located on Level 2, outside Hall 4.

Show Days: Thursday 20th - Friday 21st November

Exhibitor Parking at Harbourside can be validated for $20 at the Asia-Pacific Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition customer service desk, located on Level 4, Hall 5 Foyer. PLEASE NOTE: The ICC does not validate exhibitor parking on either show day (Thursday 20th - Friday 21st November).

Move Out: Saturday 22nd November 

Exhibitor parking at the ICC can be validated for $25 at the venue customer service desk, located on Level 2, outside Hall 4.
