The standard price for Delegate Summit Pass is AUD $ 2,600 inclusive of GST. Please visit our Registration page for the latest promotion and group discount.
The Summit Delegate Pass is a paid for ticket as it provides exclusive benefits across two-days. Please visit the Summit page and Registration page for more information.
We recommend registering before the day of the event to beat the queues. However, you are able to register both delegate and visitor passes on the day at the registration desk.
You will get access to these networking meetings with a Summit Delegate Pass. If you have an Exhibition Visitor pass, you can upgrade by contacting us.
Yes, this is used for identification purposes. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the event.
At the venue you will be guided around the event by directional signage. You can also access the floorplan by downloading the event app, which will be available to download a couple of weeks leading up to the event. Details about the app will be emailed to the email address you registered with.
We recommend attendees to be dressed in suitable business wear.
Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visit purposes. Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a confirmation email which should be enough support for your visa application. More information on visa applications can be found here.
Each booking requires a unique email address in order to access the app and your badge. Therefore, you will need the individual email address to book a ticket for each person that wishes to receive a badge.

Yes. There will be a cloakroom at Desk 5, which will be open from 07:30 – 18:30 on Day 1 and 07:30 – 17:00 on Day 2.

Media registration will open shortly. In the meantime, please let us know your interest by sending an email to hydrogen@sustainableenergycouncil.com Press and Media badges are vetted and restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, and broadcasters associated with the hydrogen industry or national media.
We offer a range of opportunities for both Media and participating Companies at the event – including a dedicated Press Pack and support for interview liaison. For more details, please contact our marketing team on hydrogen@sustainableenergycouncil.com
Yes! We highly recommend if you are joining us with a press pass to take any photos or interviews you may need. Please cite the event in all materials as “Asia-Pacific Hydrogen 2025 Summit & Exhibition” and share your stories with us after the event so we can add them to our news board.
