Wouter van der Bijl is an Executive Director of Business Development & Strategy within Fluor’s Energy
Solutions business group and is based in our office in Amsterdam.
Wouter has more than 20 years of experience across various industries (production and fuels,
chemicals, infrastructure, power and renewables), and has worked on international projects in various
countries with different nationalities. He has global account management responsibilities, and in
addition has taken various roles in organisational change and communications, contract management,
acted as regional director, and also served as a member on a number of joint venture boards.
Within Fluor’s Energy Solutions business group Wouter also focuses on hydrogen, carbon capture
and renewable projects. He is a strong believer of bringing overall solutions to our industry whereby
parties work together to build a better world.
