Originally from the Netherlands, Anouk Poelmann has held numerous executive and senior management positions in marketing & sales in automotive retail and large international organizations abroad.
Among others, Anouk worked as Vice-President Sales & Marketing at the PAG group (Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover) in Moscow and as Managing Director of Volvo in Switzerland.
She exchanged Europe for Australia in 2017, first taking the position of Managing Director PSA and in 2019 taking the same position at Renault Australia.
In 2021 the nomination by Renault Group of Anouk as Country Director of Renault Group Netherlands followed to bring all brands of Renault Group in the Netherlands back to the top level they belong to.
With her extensive and international experience in managing organizations with full P&L responsibility, from start-up to established businesses, developing and executing strategic plans and delivering on targets, Anouk has become an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on new opportunities, growing the business and creating significant sales, customer satisfaction and profit results. Innovative strategic and pragmatic thinking is driving her every day.
