Jonas has a background in environmental science and holds a Masters in Sustainable Technologies from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Prior to working with Proton Ventures, Jonas has worked 2 years as an innovation analyst for EDF in the Iberian power market and later in the German power market.
In his work as a business analyst, Jonas works with the optimization of the design of large-scale green ammonia export hubs together with the TransHydrogen Alliance parties (THA). More specifically, Jonas’s expertise lies in the techno-economical optimization of green ammonia projects along the entire value chain, from the renewable energy sourcing to the downstream offtake and use-cases of ammonia.
As part of the THA green ammonia export hub in Pecem, Jonas is leading the design optimization of the green ammonia plant.
As a speaker, Jonas regularly discusses the future of the ammonia industry and how it is going to drive the decarbonization of the world in conferences.
