Luca is responsible the overall coordination and execution of activities to implement the Baker Hughes’ strategy. He synchronizes activities across product companies, lead the definition and development of collaborations and strategic partnerships, coordinates internal programs, customer projects, acts as a liaison for inorganic integrations, and supports the thought leadership strategy in the marketplace.

Luca has a significant experience in the renewable energy, circular economy, and energy efficiency sectors, with competencies in strategy definition and execution, negotiations, transactions, business development and as a Board of Directors member (also as MD/Chairman).
