Luis has more than 12 years of experience in renewable energy, energy and resource efficiency at an international level. He is currently an Industrial Development Officer at the Climate Technologies and Partnerships division at UNIDO and is coordinating the technical cooperation pillar of the Global Programme. Luis holds Bachelor’s degree on Chemical engineering and master’s degree in business administration from Universidad Centro Americana Jose Simeon Cañas.
