Jorge Paradela holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Seville and has furthered his education at prestigious institutions including INSEAD (Fontainebleau), Wharton (Philadelphia), IESE Business School – University of Navarra, and San Telmo Business School.
From 2018 to 2021, Paradela served as Europe Director of Corporate Affairs at Heineken, where he held various positions since 2007, including Regional Sales Manager, Director of Commercial Operations, and Director of Corporate Affairs in Spain.
Prior to his appointment in the Government of Andalusia, he served as Business General Manager on the Executive Committee of Sevilla FC.
Mr. Paradela is a founding partner of ‘Multinacionales por Marca España’ and has chaired the Corporate Social Responsibility Commission of the ‘Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía’.
He also held the inaugural chairmanship of ‘Dircom in Andalusia’ and serves as a patron of the ‘Banco de Alimentos de Sevilla’.
