Profile
・Patrick has recently joined KBC and is our Decarbonization lead specialising in cluster decarbonization trajectories. Patrick has over 30 years industrial experience.
・Prior to joining KBC, Patrick spent 8 years at Yokogawa as Director Clean Energy Europe. He was responsible for directing Yokogawa’s engagement on the largest green Hydrogen project in Europe, Shell Holland Hydrogen, and in building the cluster decarbonization project with Port of Rotterdam. Prior to that Patrick worked for Shell, was CEO of an industrial software company, and advised many clients on complex change trajectories.
・Patrick co-creates new directions in complex environments. His passion for and vision on changes are refreshing. Working from the belief that care and connection lead to excellence he brings people together to create new directions and high performance. He has demonstrated experience of working at all levels within clients’ organisation, working with foreign nationals and large teams.

Business Advisory Experience
・Patrick has been involved in many challenging projects at the cross-roads of industry, technology and transformational change.
・Patrick has driven the development of the technology strategy for the largest onshore EU gas field, executed a major technology and change program for a greenfield LNG plant in the Arctic region, and supported Yokogawa in the development of their global System of Systems strategy.
・Patrick is the recognized leader of KBC’s Decarbonization Practice to which he brings significant insight and experience.
・Patrick builds strong and long-lasting relationships with KBC clients through delivery of high quality and customer focused services. Patrick is seen as a trusted advisor to many clients and many stakeholders in the industry.

・Patrick has worked across many geographies in Asia, Europe, Americas and Russia covering a variety of roles. He is multi-lingual and multi-cultural and enjoys working in an inclusive manner with people from all different backgrounds.
