Pauline is the Deputy Director for Maritime Technology Capability and oversees maritime R&D in MPA. In the role, Pauline works with stakeholders spanning research institutes, universities, technology developers, shipping companies and class societies to expand the maritime technology ecosystem in Singapore.

Pauline has over 15 years of technology related experience, starting her career in naval combat systems procurement and technology development in the Defence Science and Technology Agency of Singapore before expanding her responsibilities to managing a R&D portfolio in combat systems and protection at the Ministry of Defence.

Pauline holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the National University of Singapore.
