The port of Rotterdam is leading the way in how to develop a hydrogen hub. It is building an integrated eco-system that includes production, imports distribution and usecases of Hydrogen, all being developed simultaneously. In the port and it’s industrial cluster the construction is already underway: green and blue hydrogen production plants, a hydrogen backbone, multiple import terminals for different forms of hydrogen carriers and hydrogen users such as new e-kerosine plants, trucks and barges.
Join the tour through the Rotterdam Port Industrial Cluster to hear about the extensive plans and see the construction of the first Hydrogen conversion Park with Shells 250MW electrolyser, the hydrogen backbone and the existing ammonia terminal which is being expanded as we speak from the luxury of one of our large touring vessels with fellow visitors to the World Hydrogen Summit.

EXHIBITION OPENING CEREMONY – 12 MAY 16:30
All Exhibitors are invited to the Opening Ceremony taking place on the Exhibition floor.
All stands must be completed by 13:00 on Sunday 12 May. Cleaning will be taking place between 13:00 – 16:00 prior to the Opening Ceremony and halls will be closed during this time. You can access halls from 16:00 on Sunday, 12 May for the Opening Ceremony starting at 16:30. For a full build schedule please refer to the Event Details and Timetables in the Exhibitor Documents above. Note, exhibitors are responsible for stand cleaning during exhibition opening days, you may order this service within the webshop.
TRANSPORT YOUR ITEMS
The Rotterdam Ahoy will not accept deliveries before the event. We recommend that all deliveries are sent to the DB Schenker warehouse. Your goods will be delivered directly to your stand from the warehouse. Please note charges will apply. All information can be found above and within the webshop.
If you choose to ship your items with another vendor, please ensure delivery is done within the scheduled setup times (Event Details and Timetables). Also, please be aware that only DB Schenker can operate forklifts & machinery inside the venue, therefore, if needed, you may rent this service using the following document: Shipping & Logistics – Order Form – DB Schenker (see charges here: Shipping & Logistics – Ahoy Instructions & Tariffs – DB Schenker)
Due to expected heavy traffic for loading/unloading, a traffic system has been put in place. Please ensure to book your timeslot in advance, using the following document: Traffic Management System
LARGE ITEMS TO DISPLAY
If you intend on displaying large items, only DB Schenker can operate forklifts within the Exhibition Hall. If you require assistance transporting your item to your stand, please contact DB Schenker. In addition, please confirm the below information:

NETWORKING PLATFORM (APP) – Manage your Presence!
The Networking Platform will be going live on the 18 March 2024! As per contract, Sponsors will have a virtual stand which can used to share company information, documents, brochures, and contact details with all event attendees. The Exhibitor Main Contact, will shortly have access to set-up your virtual stand, login details will be emailed in due course.
All Exhibitors will have a company listing on the Networking Platform, which will be visible to all attendees of the World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition.
