Owen Quake is the Head of Health, Safety, Environment & Carbon in bp’s global Hydrogen & CCS business.    He is a chemical engineer based in Melbourne, Australia, with 27 years’ experience working in in a range of hazardous industries and as a Major Hazards regulator.       Owen is active in various Hydrogen Safety forums including being the immediate past chair of the AIChE Centre for Hydrogen Safety, and a member of the International H2 Council Safety & Regulatory steering committee.
