‘One of the most important goals is to get hydrogen up and running, establish a hydrogen economy, we’ve set an ambition of ten gigawatts of hydrogen by 2023, at five gigawatts which will be green electrolytic hydrogen and we have a whole series of strategies to get us towards that goal… it’s setting out a business model for production, for transportation and storage, to make sure that there are investable propositions for business and industry going forward.’
